Terms and conditions

1. Provider and acceptance

The service is provided by Jake Torra Bigaire, tax ID 47747421L. By downloading, buying or using Cloud Health Check you accept these terms. If purchasing for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

2. Products

Free

A limited local scan available without registration. It does not guarantee detection of every risk.

Professional

A digital licence unlocks the complete report for 12 months from purchase, with no automatic renewal. While valid, it includes unlimited scans and an unlimited number of repositories owned or legitimately managed by the licence holder. The limit applies to the licence holder, not scan volume.

The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and for the purchaser’s internal use. It may be used on devices under the purchaser’s control, but the key may not be resold, published, assigned or shared with third parties. After 12 months, Professional features become unavailable, while the CLI and its free features remain available.

Continuous

Includes Professional and the automated GitHub Actions integration for 12 months, with no automatic renewal. The standard plan includes up to 100 authorised repositories and unlimited runs within them. The licence is linked to its holder and the specified GitHub account or organisation.

Continuous Enterprise

Includes Continuous with unlimited repositories and runs. Its scope, duration, support, price and any additional terms are defined in the custom proposal accepted by the customer. Unless otherwise agreed, the licence is restricted to the purchasing organisation and repositories it owns or legitimately manages.

The customer chooses the threshold that fails a check. To prevent merging, that status must be required in the branch rules. Automated annotations and results may include false positives or omit risks.

Expert Review

Includes the features advertised and a 60-minute remote session. The customer must book an available slot and provide enough information to perform the review.

3. Price, payment and delivery

The final price and currency are shown before payment. Stripe processes transactions. Where checkout identifies Stripe or an associated entity as merchant of record, that entity is the seller of record for payment, tax, refunds and transaction support; Cloud Health Check remains responsible for delivering the described product. Professional requires a valid email, a compatible system and internet access for licence validation.

4. Withdrawal, cancellations and refunds

Consumers requesting immediate digital delivery of Professional will be asked before payment for express consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right is lost once performance or delivery begins, where permitted by law. This does not restrict remedies for non-conformity, failed delivery or a defective licence.

Expert Review is fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. One free rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later cancellations, changes or no-shows do not automatically qualify for a refund, except where required by law or an exceptional cause is accepted. If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or a new date.

5. Responsible use and results

You may not redistribute or reverse engineer the binary except where mandatory law allows it, interfere with validation, test systems without authorisation or use the service unlawfully. Automated findings may contain omissions or false positives and do not guarantee security or compliance. Always review changes and maintain backups.

6. Support and governing law

Support is available at hello@cloudhealthcheck.io. Spanish law applies. Consumers retain all mandatory protections and the competent courts of their place of residence.
