DATA PROTECTION

Privacy policy

What personal data we process, why we use it and how you can exercise your rights.

Last updated: August 31, 2026

1. Controller

The controller is Jake Torra Bigaire, tax ID 47747421L, Calle Ourense 33, 08811 Canyelles, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: hello@cloudhealthcheck.io.

2. Data, purpose and legal basis

Purchases and licencesEmail, payment identifiers, product, licence and timestamps, used to perform the contract, deliver and validate licences, prevent fraud and provide support.
Expert ReviewName, email, booking, time zone and information supplied for the session, used to provide the contracted service.
SupportContact data and message content, used to answer requests and perform the contract where relevant.
Website and securityMinimal technical logs and aggregate landing-page metrics, based on our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service.
Legal dutiesAccounting, tax or transaction information retained to comply with applicable law.

3. CLI and Continuous privacy

Repository analysis runs locally, including inside the GitHub Actions runner. The CLI contains no analytics or telemetry and does not send source code or findings to our servers. Licence use sends only the technical data required for validation. Continuous additionally sends the GitHub account or organisation and repository name plus the workflow run identifier to verify the purchased scope and count authorised repositories.

4. Providers and transfers

We use Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, database, storage, security and website analytics, Resend for transactional email, and Cal.com plus calendar/video providers for bookings. They apply their own safeguards and, where relevant, lawful international-transfer mechanisms.

5. Retention and rights

We retain licence data while needed to provide the product and handle claims; transaction records for statutory periods; and bookings, communications and technical logs only as long as needed for service, security and liability. You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection or portability at hello@cloudhealthcheck.io. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

6. Automated decisions and updates

We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on personal profiling. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change.
